First I want to thank you for being honest in this article about what real estate investing is all about. You touched upon some things that I have thought about for a number of years.

I recently decided to get back into real estate. As you stated in the article, I tried to do it a couple of years ago and purchased the do it yourself kits that the guru sell. I eventually gave up.

The Shock and Awe article has caused me to refund some courses I recently ordered. I really want to make my real estate investing work this time. It is a matter of life and death for me. I just lost my job and am hoping that I can make enough money to keep my own home and not become part of the statistics of foreclosure.
