I find this interesting because when we started on our property investing journey, we didn't start with the intention of owning one investment property. Our intention was to build a property portfolio that would eventually replace the need to work. One investment property would not be enough.

A new law incorporated by the Federal Housing Administration, better known as FHA, has allowed for investors and home buyers a great opportunity.
